For items that do not fall under the above manufacturer, the following will apply:
1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Aeon prior to the return of any merchandise. Products returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
2. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only.
3. Defective returns are eligible for return only within 60 days from Aeon's invoice date or 30 days of retail sale to the end-user.
4. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
5. Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original Manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty for that item.
6. Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at Aeon’s discretion. Non-defective opened products will not be considered for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the current Aeon selling price less a 20% restocking fee.
7. Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing.
8. Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee. Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return credit. Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise at Aeon.
9. Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items maybe returned for credit as per normal Aeon policies.
10. If a credit card transaction has been done, and a credit is requested due to a cancellation of any part of that order, there will be a 3% processing fee deducted from the credit issued.
11. Cancellation of any part of a Special Order item will not be issued. Credit will only be given on Special Order items, if the item is found to be defective.
12. Any "split" credit card transaction will be charged a 4% transaction fee per each transaction.
